During this 1-hour class we will set nature-inspired intentions, move through an invigorating yet accessible yoga flow and warm up our gardening muscles.
Please bring your own mat. (We will be setting up on the grass, so feel free to bring an extra towel or blanket for underneath your mat if you’d like.) Additional props are not required, but you are welcome to bring any gear that you know will make you feel comfortable. (I.e. a cushion/folded blanket for sitting on or for padding up your knees, blocks, straps, water, bug spray, and sunscreen.)
To register for the yoga portion of the event, please submit your payment of $18 to Kristen via Venmo or PayPal – payment information will be included on the confirmation page after you submit this registration form. Spots for yoga are limited, so be sure to sign up for your spot today!
Farm volunteering follows yoga from 11AM-1PM. Join Farmer Margaret for weeding, planting and helping with farm chores.
Please wear comfortable clothes as well as bring sturdy shoes, a hat, sunscreen, water, and a snack.
